HELP! Game Glitch after locking Iphone 6+ During Tutorial.

Okay I was going through the tutorial and got to making my army, I made the 10 troops and hit the gems. I had something come up so when I returned to continue the tutorial it wants me to make my 10 troops again and it doesn't see that I already created them. I also cant do anything else other then that. I tried removing the game and re-installing the game and it goes right back to where it was when I deleted it.
