I really do need some gems now. any advice on getting higher players

It'll be hard to get higher lvl players most already have crew. If they do leave they most likely have someone that's in the other crew they will be joining. This game is hard without a global chat to get people to join ya. I wish you the best of luck. We've been at ours for about a month now.

Really of your looking to get some good high ranking players your best bet is to join a group! Other wise your in for the longest of hauls. Think about how long it took you to get to the point your at or how much money you have spent. There's like 1 in 100 that will do what you did. My best bet is no one good will join a clan full of low ranks. If you choose long path your looking at a year befor your even competitive in war. 3 good players can only Carrie bad or even ok players so far!

You would think that some good players would want to join a good clan. I have never got a good recruit from this ranking or any post,

So your in for a total rebuilding stage you either take the time to develop 20 good players at least a year plus or you choose to join a group of talent and build towards that, for me if I was looking to join a group I would do so by who's winning. I hate losing but for some reason this game has the most split commands I have ever seen instead of super clans you get 5 or so good players and start over or poor leadership leads to losses.

Don't listen to him.. If you want her to join you you've gone about it all wrong just FYI. We've been going for a month now and are 4-1 in wars so far. Just grow your people if that's the route you want to go.

Thanks guy's i appreciate all your feedback. I'm hoping someone strong player's will fall into my arms and we can help develop the newbies. I live on this game it's no extra work for me. Just be nice 2 get warring again. Having war-drawals

We have put hrs into our group for several months it takes time and work. Lots of work my point is any one willing to take the time great but the ez way to do it is join a small group that's allready good!

Best bet start with 10 man wars see where your clan stands in them. See how much your top players can carry the bottom.
