Fish has had some very great points. The only one I disagree with is starting with only a 10V10. I say include everybody. You won't regret it. Looking at your alliance you have some very high levels and some very low levels and none in between. Your higher levels will be able to drop and cover for 10 stars each but in WAR matchups they won't get many stars scored on them. That is our approach, though, and it has worked for us thus far. We also use specific attack strategies that play to each of our players strengths, which is something you guys will need to figure out for yourselves along the way.

Like I posted to you yesterday...I posted here & filled up overnight! You just gotta have patience. I have had high players join & all ages in between. Once you are filled you can go through the players you have & weed out the bad ones. But once full when you start removing the bad players there will be another one popping in. I have actually had to remove some higher players at times they come in with a big ego & try to take over..that can be a problem. But what I can tell you is at least HALF of them all said they found my alliance through my posts on here! So posting here & staying at the top of the charts WILL fill you up, just keep doing what your doing & you will fill up
I will continue to keep posting something if I see you fall to page 2 or 3 & bump you back up! Not to try & get you to join us but to help out a fellow gamer! Good Luck!!

I share Mistress Robin's opinion and experience on posting on here. Of 35 or so all but maybe 10 have been through these forums. I have had a few lower level people(Iron-Classical) join through these forums, too.

I don't mind a little camaraderie on here. I'll bump every few days for you, too, if I don't see it.

I've got 40 members so put join medals to 800 is that a wise move? U guys know what ur talking about and I'm following ur advice as it's working

Up the medals only if you are looking to participate in the wars against higher players. If you bring in the high ones you will be paired against high ones. Now that will probably be hard for your lower ranked players though. I did that once put 2 industrials in war & my lower rank players were crushed. But if you have enough higher ones to clean up the lower ones bases you might be ok. Or maybe leave out your lowest rank players. I left mine at 400 & I am helping my players grow stronger. They have really grown with us not just in age but in strength. I will say this, I say it to all my players

I would do it at 500-600. Don't put it too high if you're still wanting to grow your infrastructure. 800 isn't too high, though, if you want it there. But during your first few wars you will weed out the bad apples.

We only have three requirements in Invictus Army. Be active in donations(sending and/or receiving) is one of them. We don't care if you get 500 and send none or send 500 and get none. It shows you are actively attacking or contributing. The other is communicate. You don't have to talk every 5 minutes, but communicate when you're attacking or afterwards if there was an issue, or where traps were that set you off track. The third requirement is that IF you opt in to war(it isn't necessary), that you use both attacks. We understand there are glitches still with the game, but we can tell when there are some(If you count the total attacks used in your alliance's battle report then refer to the battle report for comparison it will tell you 2 or 3 or 10 crashes happened). If you fail to make one and you are a solid contributor, had justifiable reasoning or it had no effect on the result you get a pass, really. If you fail to make 2 we sit you the next war. We include you again in the following war and if you fail to make any attacks again, you get DAS BOOT(booted). That sums it up for us. There are other Alliances that use similar tactics or none at all with it and only boot inactive people when they need the room.

I think you guys will be just fine. Your BIGS will be able to carry you through most wars, so I suggest starting with a 15V15 at least. That basically guarantees you get 14 bases 5 starred, providing you use good tactics. I don't mind discussing tactics with you as far as WAR goes, but I would prefer to do it via private message. I'm sure you can and will come up with your own, but the offer is out there. I wouldn't mind picking your brain, either, for opinions.

Seems odd but players tend to join a clan with lots of players rather then smaller better clans? We kick ass but we can't draw and top end players. This game blows my mind some times

I appears you guys are right in that in-between zone. You have a lot of guys that could be contributors to some of the HUGE Alliances that are filled with nearly maxed out Industrial guys, but wouldn't be main guys there but if you were to go to other Alliances that are mixed they would be the HUGE guys. Perhaps it is intimidating to look at for some? As far as WAR goes, as long as you keep on whooping a$$ then why fix what isn't broken?

We are allways looking to get stronger. Adding 2-3 really top end players would move us closer to our goal of doing 20-20 wars. We are we arnt trying to fix anything as its not broken but we do have a few goals and with more top end players it makes us better and every group should want to get better!!
