Help your customer support is failing

Can someone from customer support respond.....

In last few days I have:

1) been thrown out of game at end of war.
2) not been able to log back in due to network connection and send support request.
3) emailed customer support through this website, followed their instructions for re-installing game.
4) replied to their advice with the new information I got, and had no reply.
5) tried to re-send a support request on this website as per 3 above. but it does not work anymore from two different platforms (ios and windows).
6) tried to respond to previous email from customer support. I received "this email is no longer being monitored". the advice i received is to log back into game and contact support request. cant do that as per my earlier support request.
7) now posting on forum

I am leader so now alliance has to decide whether to continue or start new alliance. the functionality to change the leader of a alliance is available on other platforms. you should implement this.
