Hi there,

I'm Amor, 26, from Tennessee. I just started this game recently, and am enjoying it thus far. I would love to be introduced to an adult clan if possible, to learn the ropes of this game and be able to succeed in it. I have been playing a game similar to this, Clash of Clans, for almost two years now - and I'm over level 100... Welcome! Sorry for the delayed response! Another player asked exactly the same question elsewhere at about the same time, and I thought she might be you! I'm 34 myself, and generally have found a more adult player base here than in many other games! That being said, alliances cannot fully ban players based on age, but often reserve the right to do so for glaring immaturity. I would recommend searching the alliance section of the forum for an ad with good English for your best options. Alternatively, you could search for Mars Rising (which I founded), Wolfpack Elite, or The Chop Shop, all of which have a great atmosphere, and welcome new and active players! They are also active on the DomiNations GroupMe chat room advertised on the forum. I hope that helps! Best of luck!

FireDancer - Thank you so much for the welcome. I really enjoy this game, it's really easy to understand if you're coming from Clash, it seems. Loving the idea of Nations, and that you're able to choose one once you get into the Iron Age. Just was able to choose one. I chose Japanese... Do you think that's a decent one? I've heard it's pretty popular. I did research on all of them, and Japanese seems to be one that is useful.. Although the extra troop one did intrigue me, heh.

That's so nice you were able to find a more adult player base on this game, that's just wonderful! It seems really hard to find a more adult clan in this day and age.. Everyone, with their technology, younger kiddos are like bees to honey, lol. I haven't ran into too many people thus far, since I just got to Iron Age, but I did just build my alliance -- castle? building? lol... Eek, not sure what to call it. Thank you for the recommendation on what to search for on the forums as far as a clan. I'm definitely be looking for an all-English based clan. I'll be sure to check yours out, much appreciated!

Cool! Not that it will likely change anything, but I meant to key in on well-written English. When I see an ad that says, "join now. and your hapy u did!" I read it more like, "Avoid this one; it's run by a kid!"

I think the Japanese nation is pretty decent. But it is more of a farming nation with all the defensive perks.
