How Do I inform on Faults / bugs ?

I bought the Mountains of Crowns so that I could upgrade defenses and stores etc more quickly - which I have done.
In the process I have lost all my gold and food resources when using the crowns.
I understand that some of this was because the crowns were used to buy the missing resources.
But it has used my resources even when I opted to use crowns for an "Instant" completion.
That must be wrong because if I select to use resources and I am short it asks if I want to buy the difference with crowns .... and this number of crowns is always less than the Instant completion number of crowns !!!
Can anyone help me out here ?

i think you misunderstanding about using crown
crown make your upgrade finish instant, but you still need the resources for that upgrade
so crown cut the time if you have the resources, and if you don't have enough resources, extra crown will be add
in the end,resources still need to make upgrade, make troops, doing research at library and blacksmith
and crown can speed up the process if you not patient enough
