How do you deal with high level generals?

Recently I’ve realized that the biggest problem for me in attacking high-developed bases is high-level generals. My army combo is essentially rpg-based, and while those guys do good in destroying buildings, they can’t do anything about generals, and fighters can’t help on that either. I was really stuck on that until assault rally came into the game. Now my standard method is to wait until my rpg band comes close to the castle, freeze it (to lower the generals’ hp) and do assault rally on it. I’m pretty sure there are some other methods that players use. I’ve found some videos on YouTube, but they were all about using premium cards against generals. So please share your methods to deal with three high-hp high-dps guys that meet you in WWs)

i had 3 level 50 generals to kill in a battle with my 3 level 21 generals. What I did was deploy my army close to the castle and when they spawn, just use 2 decoys (not at the same time) and have my army attack them. They died pretty fast.

I thought someone would say “Kill them.” There’s no real quick way to do and I don’t count using troop cards (Assassins) since not everyone has them. Knowing what base your attacking and good scouting is the key. Decoy or two plus str of glad if you have it works fine. I use combos of heavy tanks/apps/rpg so it’s not problem for me. Of course if you’re a player that uses tanks (MBT/battle tanks and such not referring to heavies) than you can forget it as they do such low damage.


No one says you need to kill them either. I’ve dealt with many bases where the generals were closer to map edges so I waited until the end to face them and just destroyed the castle and left game with 5 stars rather than spend time to kill them. They don’t have to die to get 5 stars.

i will give a surprise one. use armored cars. they will take down generals very fast.

Avoid them and kill the rest of the base...gats, planes and shooters otherwise with a decoy.

Wanted to give this thread a bump, given the current Fall of Amalut Event that's currently running.

Are there other great suggestions for planning your attack around taking out the enemy's Generals?
