Hopefully the people of Nexon will see the results of this poll and do the right thing, or many of them may be looking for a new job if players quit in disgust

I understand Nexon has to generate revenue, but if they would commit the same amount of time fixing the glitches (we still have players who can't play the game) than coming up with sales that are shoved upon us we would all be better off, this server maintenance was supposed to make life easier for us when in fact it did the opposite for a good many player's. I'd be interested in what the community manager has to say about this!

Nexon can generate revenue by running a sale like they do with Genghis Khan or decent event troops. It doesn't matter what you sell them for, they can be $0.99 each, because they cost nothing to make. It's much more understandable than giving people a tower with such an obscene power, for $14.99 USD. That's ridiculous, but the worst thing by far is that people were already making jokes about this being in the next sale. Putting a hilariously overpowered building into the game for money even after getting universal "it's too strong" responses just isn't anything you should be able to say that a company will surely do. Predicting that kind of stuff shouldn't be possible.

It's not even 15 USD.... the cost is age dependent, most people who will buy this will be Atomic players who pay at least 30 USD

I think is a good time to take a time off the game for one or 2 weeks (the time need for this STUPID tower to go away of the game)....
If Nexon continue in this way, I will delete the game in my list of applications....

I'm mostly annoyed the sale started the day my alliance started our weekly war...
All I can hope is the other side don't purchase it.

What a retarded idea. A week long 'I win' item for sale. Truely this game must be on its last legs if they insist on alienating there core player base like this...

You run rampant for nothing. It just adds some more thinking to an attack plan at WW and it is gone again after a week. In MP you can just hit the next button; there will be plenty of other bases without that tower. A training blessing will help in case you oversaw it. I will not buy it, but I dont care if others do so. It will not bother me.

Yup, and I'm in Enlightenment. Perhaps it is not horribly unbalanced at that level, but in EA it can shred up any army instantly without sabotages.

So if they sell say 10,000 of these BTs, do you think any other feedback is meaningful to BHG/Nexon ? Especially feedback from those who didn't pay. I know people who are buying multiples of these things, and their Alliance is also gaining more troop cards from it. This game is only viable if they can sell premium content. What better premium content than the single strongest defensive structure in the game?

Face it, they have been pushing card armies and special buildings thru daily sales for months now. If it wasn't working, they would have moved on to something else. This is what the game has become. They gotta pay the bills somehow.

Totally agree with comments posted! Instead of selling more and more stuff that takes up memory and makes the game glitchy, why the hell don't Nexon try investing in adding some of these event buildings to the game as buildable features?

This is what they have moved on to. They introduced the Stronghold so people couldn't just drop endless troop tactics and easily win, but got greedy so they decided to start selling these behemoths. Clearly the precedent has been set; how can we know what they're going to drop next?

The issue lies in the fact that it's not just the "strongest". It has the ability to destroy entire advanced armies (up to perhaps Industrial maximum?), which makes it completely unbalanced if protected correctly. It forces people to use a Sabotage if indeed it has been found a good spot, and has forever changed the war metagame. Everyone must now prepare for an encounter with a bazooka tower. It's blatantly overpowered; especially at lower ages where it is cheaper.

Because the Bazooka Tower heavily shifts the existing metagame, and it does this by being extremely powerful. It's grossly OP and does not belong in this game, as it forces a sabotage unless the opponent has put it in a disadvantageous position.

These buildings are very specific, typically; buildings like the Ninja Dojo would look out out of place in the city of a French player. Likewise, a Zulu Kraal doesn't belong in a Japanese base. It would go against the aesthetic, but the Bazooka Tower doesn't necessarily have those "specific art design" flaws. Why, then, won't it be a generic defensive building? Because it makes money. It's powerful and gives an advantage; that's what sells.

Yep, I totally get what you're saying@Persia. But hey, this game is so anachronistic it's painful! I mean...a Castle in the Atomic Age? Generals like Cleopatra, Joan of Arc in tanks dating back to the First and Second World Wars?

But I guess what I was saying was...rather than continue to build various event buildings to then sell onto us time and time again, why don't Nexon invest in buildable new kit to add variety of sorts to the game. Perhaps in much the same as Wonders offer choice depending on your gaming approach. Just thoughts on a theme😃
