How long until next video retrain available?

Once your army is fully trained you can't bring up the retrain dialogue. Is there still a way to tell how long until you get the video retrain option again? I want to know if I can be careless with my general.

Donating troops is one obvious way, but I'd like something more in demand.

It’s less if you don’t use it everyday. I only use it for either war attacks or if I lose all my planes and had it come up with an 8 hour time or close to that so I think it depends on how much you use it.

If you’ve already used it then hit the retrain button instead of go home after a battle and it should tell you how many hours left tell the next instant retrain

It varies for each region/country (thought I read that on its info section) and also depends on its availability. I think mine is also 20 hours, same with Manifesto cause we're in the AustralAsia region?!

Since the last update I've been able to view only two videos where normally it would be 5 per 20 hour period. No time to next video appears nor am I able to use the instant retrain feature.
I run two accounts from the same device, the second account where I never view videos has lost the camera icon indicating videos are available.
I've contacted CS, but they haven't been too helpful yet.

drop an infantry on the single player campaign (or multuplayer) and then end battle. That will give you the retrain field so you can check. I am unaware of any other way to do it.

If there are no troop requests to fill, you're not donating troops, therefore have no troops that need retraining, therefore the retraining video is not needed?
But to answer your question, the time left would be ''about 20hrs since your last instant retrain'', at least in NZ.

Take a screenshot when you reset the retrain timer and bookmark it and do maths when you want to know how much longer. Or set an alarm if you don’t do maths.
