I have 1 major problem and few other things to say

Hi community,my fist post here and english is not perfect so.. My major problem is that i cant zoom out completely to see my WHOLE base. With 'whole' i mean everything what i have build up. Im writing this cause i saw screenshots here in forum from bases where they zoomed completely out the camera and can see the whole base. This is how it looks on my screen,its max zoomed out and i dont like it cause i cant see everything on screen...is this normal?

Playing game since worldwide launch and still got this issue,i even reported it to support team. 3 weeks! (Lol) later i got an answer that dosnt satysfied me (i dont remember anymore but it looked like an automatic answer..) On that email from support i recieved,i answered again,told them more details. Funny now is,i recieved an answer exactly 20 min later this time and it was THE SAME ANSWER LIKE BEFORE? Wtf? Whatever....support is so bad here... Other thing is chrash issue.. Iphone 4s,i have no problems with it,if game laggs a bit or chrash maybe 2-3 times a day BUT today i chrashed 3 times in row (30min playtime on average) and ALWAYS IN AN ATTACK! The story is these: Looking for a raid,skipping like 10 mins to find a base (so hard to find base with loot that worth). Finally found someone with average loot 100k,i start deploy troops,dropped 1 troop and screen freezed 3 sec,after that,chrash... Exactly the same thing happened with my other 2 chrashes where i finally found good loot.. I was do pissed. Before update,this never happened. Theres also still an existent bug (like before update),if ya use ur tactics/spells in a raid and ur back at ur city,u still have u spells/tactics but i know i consumed them before.. Its a good game yes,i and many got complains about it yea and i can even write a book about bugs ect. But atleast the support team should be more usefull ingame cause i feel like they let me alone with my, for example,major problem Last one i wanna say is that like in picture,im in classical age and wait for center to upgrade. I maxed everything. There comes a player 2 ages above me (gunpowder in english?) And raids me with his overpowered army. The loot penalty for him seems not too high and im curious why... He could steal up to over 70.000 each. I have really really no problem if someone can manage to raid me and steal much loot but not 2 ages over me... Loot penalty should be much higher there. I cant revenge him,why? Cause my army has no chance on his gunpowder lv defences...

I actually had a similar problem with my game concerning the zooming problem, in fact, my game looks exactly like yours. The main problem, from what I can tell, is that the software of your phone isn't up to date. I don't know about yours, but I have and android with version 4.1, and it looks like your screen. However, my friend has android 4.2 and its completely different and he can zoom out completely. Its nothing with the game, its just your phone. From what I can tell

Oh well,this makes sence. I have ios ver. 7.xx and didnt upgraded to 8.xx yet. Cant do backup of phone for few reasons atm. Ty for ur reply,seems like i need an upgrade then soon

Yeah I have problems with zoom out after the update. I like seeing the whole base as well when attacking

I think the zooming is depend what device and screen resolution you're using. Also, as you expand more land you'll be able to see more. I'm using iPhone 6 and I can see the whole screen.
