I think there is a bug in troop donation .

A friend has several accounts and he "self-donates troops", only in one account would he not be receiving his troops.
I mean it's happening but not for everyone.

During search for battle I've been donated Friuli infantry, even had pop up with information about it, and when I left searching battle, troops just didn't appear, but still game indicates 4/31 are donated.

This is so annoying, got a spearhead RPG from the alliance member, but of course I was searching for battle and quess what? Correct didn't get it.
And alliance member didn't get it back either, we both got scammed. GREAT.
This glitch is going to be fixed?

Will this bug ever be completely fixed?
In one update it is fixed, and in the next it comes back, and so on constantly.
Causes great inconvenience.
Have to ask for reinforcements 5 or more times.

The team is having a hard time reproducing this long-standing issue and currently doesn't have an ETA for a fix. We could use some help in getting to the crux of the issue. Many of you have shared steps, or instances of this happening with our CS Team, it would also help in this case to share the steps that you took to run into this issue if you can recall them, even better to share a video of the issue.

if you request troops and see a WW replay or watch a vid for a reward, you dont get the troops given.

Sequencing:
1) In chat I request troops
2) I exit the game or watch a replay of the battle or make attack (in multiplayer / WW) or watch an advertisement
3) Someone is giving me troops at this moment
4) After returning to the game / finishing watching the battle replay / finishing the attack / finishing watching advertising - there are no troops

In 90% of cases, troops are donated without errors when I'm online and just looking at my base, doing nothing

The development team repeatedly fixed this bug, but with the next update the bug returned. This happened several times.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that clearing the game chat helps - when its history is completely empty. I think your team can try this again

The problem is still relevant.
Many players encounter it every day I wrote in CS, but to no avail.
This is a huge inconvenience

Hopefully bringing this thread back to the top to help the devs figure out what is going on. Recently, an alliance member was told that this isnt happening via in game customer support. I wrote them there and am bringing it back up here as well to try and help them out.
What I have found that triggers this glitch is any time that you "disconnect" from chat when you have an active alliance troop request out. This seems to be the general consensus around our entire alliance as well. What I mean by disconnect from chat is anything that takes you away from being able to immediately post in the in game chat. Here is a list of times that I have experienced the troop request glitch:

Watch ANY kind of replay (war, your own, another alliance member)
Watch any advertisement video
Scout a war base
Engage in at attack on a war base
Leave the game, even if its only momentary i.e. you pressed the home button on your phone to change your music etc
Search for a multiplayer battle
Go to the offer wall
Go to the customer service tab

It's to the point now that when I request troops I'll either put my phone down with the game open or just play around looking at troop upgrades etc until I get the troops. Like stated above, there was an update that fixed this but then it came back again. I cannot remember when that was. Hopefully this helps them fix it again.

I have this bug again. I have reported multiple times. I’m getting frustrated because they respond by saying I’m losing donated troops on defense. i don’t have the donated troops on defense button clicked on. Also, I can look at all the replays when my base was attacked. no spawned troops from the town center.. From their reponses, either they dont understand or care.


besides this bug, our alliance has had the last two war opponents cheating with excess planes and the machine gun artillary attack. these opponents had already been sanctioned. I dont understand why they dont punish this blatant cheating.

I am getting really fed up with BHG. I have the troop donation bug. I have provided them all the data they have requested multiple times, including who donated what and when. I provided them additional data today where I got a few troops from some donors but no troops from another donor. my request disappeared in chat and it shows only partially filled. The Einstein from BHG that responded to my ticket had the audacity to say that I got the troops. I NEVER DID AND MY TC STILL LACKS THESE TROOPS. I don’t see the point in trying to helping anymore with tickets.. I’m only posting this here in the off chance someone else who is capable will look into this Instead of sweep it under the rug and claim the ticket is closed.

My exact experience I had over this weekend into today and my exact thoughts right now. I was hoping to catch a moderator that will actually READ the data provided instead of just saying 3 separate times "you have your troops in your town center. Regards"

Is there anyway you'd be able/willing to hear us out on this? I don't want to share all of the "data" I acquired over the weekend in here as I was trying to be as helpful as possible and got a lot.
