Illegal application?

Since yesterday I can't play game. I encounter this message ( detecting suspicious activity

It says was detect a illegal program by xigncode

Hey. I got the same thing. Support said that it was because I had a rooted phone but I can assure you and them that this is NOT a rooted or jail broken handset. Just a little annoying as before it kicks me out I can see I am being attacked heaps and quickly losing resources.

I have e looked at all apps I have and I can honestly say that I done have anything like that on this phone. It yet I still can't get back in the game since Monday

Just had a look at xigncode website and will totally agree that it is a idea and much needed. However it is obviously reporting a false app as I do not have anything loaded on my phone that has any hacking ability at all. Now I am unable to play. A bit annoying as I have just started to buy crowns and now I am locked out. Seems a bit suspicious to me. But not in the way xigncode I'd detecting. Rather than accepting my money and then not letting me play. Come on Nexon you must have some control over there issues and yhe abbility to let legitimate players play.

Still no word I have been unable to get in for about week myself. Last update I did was for Google play games
Can only assume xigncode is picking this update as the illegal activity

I have a rooted device and have all the latest updates for 4.4.2 I haven't found this problem. So it could be you have a application on the list of banned applications or it could be a bug. Maybe try reporting all applications installed and see if there is a known conflict.

My phone is NOT rooted, original Vodafone HTC One M8. yet i also have this problem. i can only access my SD-Card since its not rooted. I can't go into the root folder.
i deleted alot of stuff, nothing helps to get rid of this problem. There is obviously a normal regular app being recognized as a "false positive".

Ironangel - There are so many people with this problem (rooted AND non-rooted). I'm sure this is some kind of xigncode bug or false-positive.
I think this needs to be investigated further.

I can now get back on.  It would appear that it was one of two things or both.  The Google play games app.  I uninstalled the updates and turned off the auto update feature.  That or the latest update on dominations that just come out. Nothing else has changed on my phone at all.

BHG are refusing to compensate for any lost gold food or resources because of their error with the xigncode issue. They state it is used and our apps when clearly it is them and a lack of testing with standard Google Apps. This is a sad case of a developer not admitting they stuffed up because if they did they would have to compensate for our loses.

I finally found the issue (at least for me). It's caused by this game, when you install this game you get that error. uninstall it and no more "illegal application"

Now unless i'm mistaken, this is a normal game, not a cheat or hack (unless the developers has build something phishy in it that we the regular customers don't know of, otherwise it's simply a false-positive detected by xigncode.

Has anyone had trouble with this error using a Nvidia shield k1 tablet ?
I play this game in different android devices with the same apps rooted with no problem.
I am asking if an app from Nvidia included in the rom causes the error ?
I have marshmallow with nvidia 1.1

I found the solution.All I had to do was move the game to internal storage

I'm getting this now (2 years later) on my new phone. I tried deleting it and turning off auto updates. How exactly do I fix this?

xigncode also interprets an encrypted device as suspicious.

How do I make my device not encrypted or whatever to make it work. It was working just fine on my Galaxy s9+ just 2 days ago and now it's not. I got a phone update... maybe that changed something?

Seraph in your case id try uninstalling the game then reinstalling. a device update usually triggers this sometimes which Ive been through. just make sure to link the game to Apple/Google/Facebook (our choice) via in game settings FIRST before uninstalling otherwise you lose progress. Also make note of your player id beforehand just in case you need to contact Nexon.

my case was from a Nextbook tablet that was default encrypted which promptly I
returned.

edit: i see you tried uninstalling so contact Nexon or PM TinSoldier with your player ID
