I'm in some magical place (Tahiti perhaps?) where I'm matched up against people from any league as long as they are age above and below me and can hit the skip button until my gold runs out. I get hit by peeps with 2200 medals all the time and they can't all be revenge attacks as cs wants to believe because I look through a weeks plus worth of attacks and can't find the people who hit me. Grrr!

Every level past Gunpowder Age seems to have less action, less fun, and longer build times. Where's the fun in that?

The action might have to do with medal count- the higher you go the less chance of opponents. But, for sure the build times get crazy, and the fun, well that's subjective
