Incompetent game masters

BHG_Muet since the BHG support person I had been dealing with went on vacation and connected me back to game masters the handling of things is terrible.
I reported a 286 player named axe who had everything working at once two weeks age and got a canned response. I asked again calling out the canned response they sent a real message... today I attack get the same player axe still at 286 level still with everything working upgrade at once , clearly investigation team is code for this message is going in the trash . How do you expect to make the changes to cheating you mentioned in the other feed if you customer service can't be used at all for this? 1000s of players report this type of workers hack every day with screen shots to customer service and time and time again nothing is done. This is theft from BHG and is also theft from everyone playing legit with money . Here is what you do in the case of crown and workers hack ban the players permanent and further persue the legal action as described in the terms and conditions of the game . This is intellectual property they are stealing and is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and several 100 thousand in fines. Hackers are walking all over this game now . DO SOMETHING for once take a stand that your not going to allow theft of your company and your customers.

You put in the VIP system use it! It's common sense that an account can't be maxed in less than a year or two without massive amounts of money put too it so a 369 level base started last month with a vip level of 0 to even level 7 is not possible . Use your VIP system to filter 250+ bases and compare start dates to VIP level and red flag them , then investigate . This seach should be run daily and a uniform action taken three times a week . Further fix the script for customer service so they are on the same page as bhg support. Support says things like looked at this team found 11 cheaters banned 9 for a week and banned 2 permanently. While game masters say thank you for reporting in game violations we strive to make a fair gaming environment blah blah blah and do nothing at all. Then you ask what they did they say the can't tell you meaning they never even looked .

You're right, we should consider updating some of our pre-written CS messages. Our agents often use standard messages since these have been translated into all supported languages, and allow us to give the same level of support to all players. That being said, DomiNations is a long-running game, and could benefit from a change. I know it will be in the team's discussions moving forward.

I reported several times players that use cheats and hacks to progres faster (2X or 3X), max all generals and troops in mater of 3 days. The alliance is ""Argentina Army", the cheatters ar listed in the post above.Some of them were previously banned, and reoffend in cheating
