Infinite troop cards in my citadel

So we’ve got a tough opponent for our current war, and I started to fill up strongholds of our top defenders and noticed that the first and the last troop card always get back and never leave my stronghold inventory. Tried to give them away once more, reloaded the game - and here they are, back again. I guess that’s how the EA thing works. I’ve reported myself to the CS, I hope they won’t ban me for a couple of extra impies and motoraiders)

I would like to report the same, after giving some basic troop tactics to alliance teammates during war preparations I see that they are reappearing again.

Is this a feature/bonus of selflessly giving away tactics or a bug? Of course when you claim the tactic for your own use it does disappear permanently.
