Stronghold donations not showing correct number of card slots

Me and a couple of other allies in my alliance have been facing this stronghold bug wherein it doesn't accept or display the correct number of troop cards/card slots. Each card should take up one slot. But very often one card takes up 2 to 4 slots. My alliance members donated 4 troop cards to my stronghold in the current war, and the troop card counter shows 4/4 so no further donations are possible. Yet I have only received 1 troop card. Only 1 card comes out from the stronghold in war attacks(I'm not able to attach screenshots, but I have screenshots from myself and multiple other allies).

We have been raising this issue for months now, but we get the same template response. It is very costly to not receive these cards properly in our strongholds, both for the donor and our alliance overall.

Can you please confirm that this issue will be reported and resolved at the latest in the CWA update, TinSoldier? I do not see this bug in the list of solved bugs, but I hope that it is on the list of bugs being resolved. I have also asked this before: Can you please consider a system to compensate my alliance or the donors for this bug in the game which is not our fault?

I reported this to CS long ago. They said they were aware of the issue. It does make it impossible to know what you really have, though. Considering these are paid-for troops, it's kind of important to know.

we also had similar problem couple months ago.we where in planing day when sudenly all atrongholds are full but with cards from iron age and 1-2 taking space of 4 ..i remember having 2 archers a 2 pikeman taking all 4 spaces in stronghold
