Instant completion

I have bought an starterpack so i did got a lot of crowns.

I have had an stable level 1 and i wanted to upgrade instant. Before i taped Instant i had more than 120000 coins. after clicking instand one 28.453 so instant costs the crowns and coins. Is this correct or a bug?

Instant always cost crowns, reduce building time can't be payed with coins.

The game seems to be set up so that you pay for the construction costs (gold or food), but in order not to wait for the construction to be completed, you can speed up the process by using crowns.
