Instant Retrain Bug During Airstrip Upgrade

I found 2 different glitches regarding Airstrip upgrade and instant retrain. Normally we wouldn't be able to get our aircraft from instant retrain feature during airstrip upgrade (as well as from other troop recruit buildings) but...
1. My coleague could retrain his aircraft though he's been upgrading airstrip in regular basis, has been going for several days
2. I just finished my first war attack, ready to retrain but when I checked there was no button to retrain, even the paid retrain. I had to train my troops again, and lost my best generals
I was only upgrading my airstrip, nothing else.
I'm fine not getting my planes back cause it's what it is, but I'm not ok having to lose the chance to retrain other troops/tactics. I was gonna crown my airstrip but I was still pretty upset, so we'll see

Anyone having the same issue please report to Support so they could acknowledge and fix it.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me 5 days ago. Just started a 12 day airstrip upgrade. Did a war attack and afterwards my retrain screen was blank except for the troop tactics and war tactics I didn’t use.

i had to retrain everything manually and so I have lost my planes for 12 days. It is so painful. It’s just so annoying knowing this could have been avoided by always using “retrain all” if it hadn’t been for this bug/glitch.

the glich that is messing you is that the videos do not work good, and that the retrayning function can not distingish between which troops are aviable to retraun and which not.

there is another glich that left gray your ratrain botton and you cant ratrain never.

Update : when we get bug no.1, don't try to donate troops! Retrain button will be gone

Ahh, Im not the only one! Did complain about lack of ability to retrain but didnt know it was related to upgrades. Im upgrading both airstrip and merc camp and was pretty unimpressed at losing my hoarded mercs for the duration of the upgrade. Lost one plane but another had decided to stay regardless - unless I lost that too in both yesterdays war crashes

This still occurs! Seems like crowning all airstrips is the only option
Please fix this, let the troop training works normally.

This airport upgrading causing retrain issues is still causing me problems. My work around is to just retrain all planes, all other troops will the be available to retrain, expensive oil workaround, truly is an annoying expensive bug whilst trying to upgrade.
