Instant retrain no longer available?

I found this new feature very useful. However, instant retrain by watching a video hasn't been available for days now. Did they remove this feature?

It's still there for me. Sounds like you have some kind of bug. You might want to reinstall your game.

i have the same problem and support has not been helpful about it. I tried to clear cache, reboot, do all updates on other apps (youtube, google etc) but nothing...

Reinstalled the game, cleared data/cache, nothing helped.

Weird. I don't see anything in Bugs and Known Issues about it (but there's one other in this thread who has it), so you should probably create a thread in the B&KI sub-forum and contact Support in-game.

I believe it's been changed from being at the same time everyday, use it or lose it, to a 24 hour cooldown instead. I can't say I monitored it religiously but there were times I'd use it late at night and it would say next available in 6-8 hours. Today I went to use it and it said it wasn't available until later in the evening, 24 hours since its last use.

For me, It only works once every 2-3 days. I dont understand why and support won't shed some light...

Others in my alliance, watch 5 vids daily!!!

5 instant retrains a day or watching 5 videos for crowns a day

Instant retrain is available only if their partnership provides the videos. Which are varied for each country/region.
Mine usually refreshes after 15 hours (AustralAsian region).

Still the same problem. Usually I had instant retrain available every 16 hours. But then at some point it wasn't available anymore and I don't know why.
