Instant TC upgrade - a week or two weeks?

Hi,

I have a question regarding instant TC upgrade - We are now at a IA/GA event, so IA-->GA upgrade is instant this week, right?
The question is - is the EA-->IA upgrade is instant too this week, or is it over?
Are those last for 1 week or 2?

I want to go GA, but can go only in a week, so want to know if I should crown my road on Sunday, or can I let it finish on Monday and then go?
