iOS notifications intended for another player

Have an odd problem. I logged out of my account on iPad and in as my girlfriend to play dominations. Now i've fully logged out and back in as me i keep getting phantom notification about being attacked. I'll arrive home having seen 3-4 throughout the day only to log on to find I haven't been attacked at all. Another example happened just recently when I was told my "citizens await my command" when i know full well they are all locked up in upgrades for over 1 day each. Sure enough I log in and see i have no citizens awaiting my command.

I'm assuming i'm now recieving HER notifications instead of mine but I've confirmed:

- my facebook app is logged in a me
- my facebook login in the iOS settings is also logged in as me
- my apple ID is the one signed in
- my gamecenter is logged in as me

Where are these notifications coming from and how do i stop them?
