Bug - cannot report problem using ingame 1:1

About 2 years ago, i had a problem where an upgrading building cancelled as i started the game up. I logged a ticket in game using 1:1, and after no response i contacted nexon support who basically said "not my problem". 2 years is a very long time for no reply, so i think there must be a bug regarding customer support. I only had to wait another 10 days for the building though, so i thought no big deal and took the hit.

Now i have encountered a much bigger bug that is causing a lot of problems. The famous spoils of war/victory chest bug. I use this for my loot, so basically losing 27k oil, or 5million food/gold a day.

logged another in game ticket, and also tried contacting support through the website (as i am still waiting 2 years for a reply as stated above). One of the Game Masters wrote back to me and told me that i am playing Dominations Asia, and i needed to contact asia support. So i followed the link that he sent me and contacted Asia support. Asia support told me they dont deal with this and need to contact nexon. Basically going around in circles and nobody wants to help.

I also contacted the email address on the dominations android play store contact details.. no reply. And even set up a Naver account to message 3 of the game masters on the Dominations page (also no response)

So does this game actually have any kind of support? If so who can i contact? Any Advice?

It various. It all depends on their mood, if they feel like it they'd go out of their way to help you out or other times when they having a crappy day they might just ignore your pleas.....

Dominations Asia?
I'm in Asia but never had a problem contacting CS. They only have 1 international server right?

I think all you have to do is just using the Customer Service menu directly in game. You'll get your replies there, not anywhere else. It's kinda useless to contact game masters personally.

I never have a problem getting a response from in game customer service sometimes it’s even within a couple hours. Not saying I always get the response I want but they still reply

I don’t bother any more, I get a stupid reaponse asking a question of which is already answered in the original request. Like conversing with a brick wall

I'm a CS as well at my office, sometimes we don't (can't) give too much attentions to everyone's questions indeed lol, but we'll always try to answer everything "diplomatically",
You just have to find out how to get our attentions more ;)
About repeated answers from the questions before, it actually makes sense, different Game Masters will answer/respond to your questions, and sometimes they can't overhand every customer's question/complain one another. So we will most likely get the same answers, accompanied with the same responses/replies about the basics like,
-please provide screenshots
-please provide exact time/date when problem occurs
-please provide estimated resources you have spent
etc
And followed by, "we will investigate this case further and contact you soon", then refers us to this Forum :D

But it looks like there is a bug where i cannot use that. As i said, my current open tickets are from 05.31.2018 and 03.24 2016. Neither have had a reply. Over 2 years is not a realistic waiting time.

Did you just use the 1:1? It's all in Korean, so i used google translate to make sure that i chose the correct option.

So who do we contact if 1:1 doesnt work, and support say no support is given unless contacted via 1:1? It's just going round in circles.
