I've been pondering your reply for a while now, but somehow it does not sit well with me. Maybe I'm the exception.

I get that you are busy, and that there are many threads that get more priority, but frankly that is why I pay hard earned dollars for. To selectively answer some posts gives me the distinct feeling that some are just not important, or you do not have an answer and would then rather not say anything at all, no?

I'm sure that the threads will grow organically, despite you acknowledging it's existence or the existence of the issue.

Any response is better than the deadly silence from you on some rather delicate subjects.

I might be just one in a million that care, but I'm still a paying customer, after all.

And yes, I agree, the gentleman way of handling this would've been a PM, but I do get a feeling that I'm not the exception.

But the forum is not that active so that for you to be hard to answer to most of the threads in no more than 1 hour per day, and not all threads need comments from the staff, some are repetative and others are just silly, but for example important threads like some new feathers or those about the cheating problem never get commented by the staff, you pretend that such a problem doesn't exists, is this your strategy ? The church in middle centuries had a simmular strategy when thay said the earth was flat, only that they were killing those that said its not and you are not yet banning people that talk about cheating

But banning alone wont solve anything, you need to implement changes in the game to stop people from cheating, close the exploit holes, maybe make the game more server sided i am not a developer here i can not go into specifics, you can also add ingame button to report a player etc.

Thats weird because i respond to every topic many times with way more in depth time consuming answers than simply...sorry too busy guys.

I think ur correct response is u monitor 10 game forums owned by nexon. With a cursory understanding of each game. Mostly u make sure people are behaving and send a summary to bhg at end of the week. That summary has only a couple simplified generalized distillation of the ideas posted by players. Losing most of its value. To which bhg never gives u feedback so then u have nothing of interest to tell us

Because players like rusdi with infinite hp walls were reported constantly for a month straight. He was #1 best known hacker in the game. Everyone in the top 200 ranked players knew to skip his base he was that well known. He didnt get banned until i posted a topic on this forum.

And we still have miller with his 2x everything base whom everyone in the top 200 knows about. Reported many times still around

And now we have a crop of brand new maxed out asian players from the new markets. Max lvl13 walls overnight so $10-20k worth of crowns.

I really enjoy attacking bases and find out that their basic arrow towers 2 shot my wall breakers.

So tell me about ur cheater hacker banning process?

Yea, banning 30.000 accounts is nothing if security holes aren't fixed and scripts are not automated, because when hacking is easy it takes 15 mins for a cheater to have another max base. We still have cheats offering us to buy crowns. How about that?
