Three simple rules.
1. Be active, communicate, and donate.
2. Respect your fellow allies as well as other alliances.
3. Don't freeload. Asking for troops is fine, but don't come in without introducing yourself and ask for troops.
200 minimum Medals
No level requirement. If you are a level 15 in Classical age, I wont take you seriously and will probably kick you out. Upgrade buildings before upgrading Town Center.
Open Alliance.
If I don't see you as a fit with these requirements, you will be kicked out.
