We’re so glad to see so many of you lovely hobbits here tonight, and we would especially like to welcome all the representatives of the Middle Earth Law enforcement community that have chosen to join us here in the Minas Tirith Ballroom at this time. We sincerely hope that you that you join our alliance and please remember hobbits, that no matter who you are, whatever you do to war, raid and revenge, there are still some things that make us all the same:
