Just got permanent ban for nothing please help

I've played this game for a year and have never done any cheating. I just last week purchased hundreds of dollars during the crown special because I wanted to rushare atomic. Today I log in to I've been banned. I did do the stag killing event but that was like what almost a month ago? And the only other anomaly I've noticed is sometimes when I retrain used tactics the war acedemy makes an extra tactic. Which is a bug that I have no control over. The tactic is not actually a benefit as I can't hold the extra in my inventory it's just sits in the war acedemy. Again these are the only issues I've heard of causing players problems. Please one of the game support help me.

If you read though this closed thread and another closed threads, only deserving people get banned.

I feel for you. This company is extremely ban happy without remorse.

Happened to me too. I was dead for a few scary minutes. Good news is my account is back, just the way it is. I'm a lvl 255 and did cost me a lot of time and money to get here. My advice is take screenshots of your base. And keep copies of your receipts too. Times are dangerous.
'My only problem is I can't join !StmDynasty again. Hope it is temporary.

Nightmare

This game is banning legit people left and right stage lures use of extra air power when u have an event building or complete university! I'm currently afraid to use my 33 stags because you guys just keep banning people. Iv spent way to much money on this game to get any kind of ban. World war is a nightmare currently I understand there's a fix in the works. But really what in the world are u guys doing. This past two weeks has been a nightmare. I think you guys need to go back to the drawing board and let's get things fixed before you push out 5.7 I'm not sure how much long I can take these back to back issues or fear that I'm the next one to get banned for just playing the game.

It happened to me too, but they got me sorted out quickly. No accusations, no nothing. Stuff goes wrong, but it was handled well.

TinSoldier , this time Nexon acted fast to fix the mistake. This is good. But I can't avoid the feeling that over the last 2 weeks the game has mistreated the most developed players. No wars, accidental bans, etc... Our life became very hard after the fix on the players weight.

Another unjustified ban.

A good friend of mine both in game and out has just been banned. He is not on the forums and cannot log into his game. I am writing this on his behalf.

snacks is one of the top 50 players for medal count, and is a straight up player. Not done anything wrong and has been banned.

a lengthy ban will compromise his medal standing. Please sort this out.

I would appreciate it if you would remove the ban from my account. Earlier today I made an attack for loot and NTG's, started the upgrade of my University and logged off. About 30 minutes or so later, I logged back on and got "Banned" message. I'm a level 249 Dynasty II League player. You really need to work these bugs out soon.
