Known Issue: (Alliance Laws Reset)

Greetings Leaders,

We’re aware of an issue where Alliance Law progress has been reset. This has affected a small number of Alliances, and we are working on a fix to recover the previous progress before these laws were reset. Once the fix goes live, any progress made since the Laws were reset will be overwritten for the Alliances that were affected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update you with more information as soon as it is available.

Upon further investigation, we will be able to revert the affected Alliances back to their original state prior to the reset error. Unfortunately, this fix will roll out over time, but we ask for your patience and understanding as we continue to recover this data. Due to the severity of this issue, we will be compensating those Alliances for the inconvenience.

Any further updates. Pretty costly mess up. Affects wars, daily speed ups etc. the fact it doesn’t affect all alliances also makes the game completely unfair. The lack of communication is a bigger issue. If it’s going to take weeks, just bloody tell us. CS is a joke considering the amount of $$$ people spend

University speed up issue? What issue?

Ya, 12 months worth of oil donation to, to parliament, alliance troop donations. For our little alliance it's a huge setback!! I can't imagine the dollar amount of nearly 5 levels if you converted dollars to crowns and crowns to oil!

If we re-donate to that ladder and the reset happens will that new progress is overwritten just to be back to where we were??

If your alliance was impacted by the reset issue and you redonate before the fix is applied it will not take into account and those resources would be lost.

Ex. Under Ally Relations if you were previously to the Allied Forces tier on your Parliament and your Alliance was reset, donating to Experienced Alliance before the fix would unfortunately not improve any future tiers in your Alliance Laws.

University speed up issue? What issue?

The University speed up bug. In Alliance Speed ups branch, the third tier option University Alliance Speed Ups. Our Alliance got that to 10 where 5 members can boost your research twice a day. To then find out that after you've requested the speed up, if you then go offline, the next person whom boosts your research, your request gets removed from the chat. A total con. You have to be online for all 5 boosts to get the benefit.

BHG have been aware of this for over 18 months now and still haven't fixed it. I now believe they do it deliberately so that players can't max out their university research too quickly.

How soon is very soon? Everything from speedups to cost of upgrades, donations, having a beast of a defensive building are affected and not all alliances are affected. This is completely unfair and has affected war results. Let me guess, we’ll get measly we’re sorry post and 100-300 crowns, which would be about 1% of the effect this has had. The mods have seriously shat the bed yet again
