Latest BigHuge Robbery: Give us back OUR 833 glory or 192 troop cards

When you think that Nexon/BHG cant surprise you anymore, here comes the biggest slap in the face to the all people in our alliance.
We struggled for few wars but 3 days ago got matched with Top50 alliance We Are Sparta. After a match where we gave it our all as for planning strategy, attacks and composition of troop cards on attacks we pulled out a very precious victory vs this really good team! We won by 3mins on time (125-125) and were so happy that after several losses and small wins around 100 glory we get back into top100 (to recruit some new players) after 833 GLORY win!
Unfortunately huge bug turned up few mins after the war end. Our opponent was deducted 833 points and drop few ranks in Leaderboard, BUT our team never got those 833 points, not even after, hours, not even after more than 1 day. We contected CS, community manager and provided screenshots which clear evidence. NOTHING has been done. Our team has spent so much effort and in total 192 troop cards (24 players 8 cards on 2 attacks and 2 Genghis Khan), just to be taken out by a bug? You gotta be really kiddin us???

Give us the glory which we totally deserve or if you come up with some pathetic excuse that you as a developer "cant do it manually" then give us all the quality troop cards I described back, because you stole it from us, from paying customers.

I feel sorry for you guys, but come on you are just admitting that in order to win whatever glory you and your teammates spent a lot of money (out of the 192 troop cards how much has been spent) !!
This is total non sense, you give money to get glory ???
I can admit that from time to time you can spend 10 euros but to spend may be 50 euros or more on a war is totally insane. And when you will be in the top 100, you will have to spend regularly a significant amount to stay or to climb the leaderboard.
It is a game guys, what your are doing is casino: I put money on the table and I hope I can get some glory.

Tin, unfortunately Nexon will most likely do nothing. Perhaps offer 100 crowns. Someone in the company thinks this is sufficient compensation. Really poor customer support culture.

Nexon/BHG is second only to COMCAST in poor Customer support. Unfortunately their idea of compensation for this kind of system failure is 100 crowns, if that much. So dont hold your hopes high...

We aren't a big spending alliance as a whole. We have a few members that occasionally buy troop cards, but as a whole we do our absolute best to maximize every card we get, fill strongholds only when needed, and use every flipping Ruby available on troop chests. Categorizing Prodigal Thieves as a pay to win alliance is laughable. We just love the game and are dedicated, and have some of the best leadership around. This shows through in organization, communication, and our alliance culture.

I am not upset but, here apparently it is not the case, I will not poor an alliance who spent a lot of money to win a war and lost hit at the casino, knowing in addition that the game is full of bugs that can ruin your efforts.

Any electronic game is prone to bugs, that's not the issue. Bugs can be taken in stride, reported to customer service, and hopefully be resolved promptly. Poor customer service and the inability or unwillingness to fix situations that arise from those bugs however should not be taken on the chin by the player base. As soon as real money has been spent on the game BHG/Nexon assume an amount of responsibility and commitment to their product. This is simply a situation where they haven't thus far done right by the consumer.

To use an analogy, if you go to McDonald's and your order is messed up they fix it. Why? Because you paid for a Big Mac and fries, and a single patty cheeseburger just ain't gonna cut it.

Realistically, a large portion of the active IA, GA, and AA accounts stay because they build friendships through their alliance, and their alliance participates in wars. When issues like this aren't resolved it ends up as a giant slap in the face to everyone that puts up with the stress and frustration that make a hard fought high stakes win worthwhile.

Prodigal Thieves is a great group, and regardless of what happens we will pull through this snag as an alliance. It just shouldn't be so difficult to get the ball rolling on an issue like this.

I get upset when i hear about people buying troop cards. They are one of the worst things that could have happened to this game and will never be removed if people keep buying them.

TinSoldier Yeah this is very frustrating. Completely radio silence from all official channels, except for Tin. Scary to think about what it would be like if he wasn’t around.

As as it stands now, I think we will wait another day or two in order to be patient and see if this is resolved properly. If it isnt, I certainly will be advising every player on my team to request a full refund (as a much is possible) from their respective Google or Apple store. This level of bugs and service is just unacceptable for any product at this stage in the game.
