Latest BigHuge Robbery: Give us back OUR 833 glory or 192 troop cards

When you think that Nexon/BHG cant surprise you anymore, here comes the biggest slap in the face to the all people in our alliance.
We struggled for few wars but 3 days ago got matched with Top50 alliance We Are Sparta. After a match where we gave it our all as for planning strategy, attacks and composition of troop cards on attacks we pulled out a very precious victory vs this really good team! We won by 3mins on time (125-125) and were so happy that after several losses and small wins around 100 glory we get back into top100 (to recruit some new players) after 833 GLORY win!
Unfortunately huge bug turned up few mins after the war end. Our opponent was deducted 833 points and drop few ranks in Leaderboard, BUT our team never got those 833 points, not even after, hours, not even after more than 1 day. We contected CS, community manager and provided screenshots which clear evidence. NOTHING has been done. Our team has spent so much effort and in total 192 troop cards (24 players 8 cards on 2 attacks and 2 Genghis Khan), just to be taken out by a bug? You gotta be really kiddin us???

Give us the glory which we totally deserve or if you come up with some pathetic excuse that you as a developer "cant do it manually" then give us all the quality troop cards I described back, because you stole it from us, from paying customers.

This is why you should stop caring about glory and the leader board. It is a broken system with glitches, exploits, and cheats.

Also, no one at nexon understands this game beyond EA. Think about it. All the complaints come from IA and after (mostly GA and after). They aren't going to get it. They don't listen to the players (or even know how to decifer who are the opinions to listen to... because they just don't get it. They can't get it because they don't play like us.)

My advice: Just wander and steal glory from alliances that care. Much more fun! (Or, just play the game like glory and the leader board don't exist... or quit.)

Or, teach some irons how to play the game. Much more rewarding because those players won't run into issues for about 6 months to a year. Also, we could use more players in this game considering how good Nexon is at losing them.

Prove me wrong, Nexon. Please.

TinSoldier please fix this for Prodigal Thieves... they play so honourably.. do the right thing by them please. This has happened to us twice and nothing was done and it was heart breaking!

TinSoldier we truly appreciate when you try to investigate issues... But is there any way you can give us timely updates? Even if the update is that the developers won’t do anything, or have put the issue on the long long queue of problems to investigate, telling us that is better than silence. And then perhaps a weekly update of “these issues still need to be investigated but are still on the list” so we know they haven’t been forgotten?

Silence is deadly.

We just had this happen again for the second time in two months, with a big win. Our war ended with Tactical 31 (great match and great team btw). We went up to 26,300 and moved to 76th on the leaderboard. We then waited a few hours, queued, and got matched again....and our glory reverted back to 25,650.

Such a disappointment with everything BHG has a team invest in war, to just have it all wiped out. Especially a fair, fun war.

If the leaderboard is supposed to be important....only these two glitched matches have made the difference of being in the top 50, and not being on the leaderboard at all lol.

Why should we accept this continuing to happen without any sort of resolution or fix each time?

And btw to add more insult to it, despite the fact our glory currently shows within 1.3% of each other in our current match, it appears our previous higher glory is what is being considered in the glory reward for this war, since its +431/-765 lol.
