Latest update 8.83 not allowing to me do a fresh install.

I uninstalled the game from one of my device and tried to re-install on another device. After downloading the game from Play Store, the game only shows the loading screen with either the new game ID ending up with network connection error or -1 as game ID where the green loading bar gets completed without the town being shown. So I downloaded apk of old version 8.82 and Voila! the Iron age base loaded asking to me to load my original base and it completed the installation of the entire game.

Now the game asks to me to update to Latest version and after that the green bar loads completely without the game taking me to my original town layout.

Update: I have installed the game after 2 reboots to device. TinSoldier this thread can now be closed.
