We all know that the gameplay for players above the 2600 medals (or meanwhile lower?) is ridiculous. Besides the absurd medal gain system +1, +1, +1, +1….-20, -12-, 15…, we also have to deal with the “no opponents”.
But if you like a challenge you can fight your way through this absurd gameplay. The one thing you have to do, is being online for a long time at a stretch (and have a little luck with your defenses). I myself am a go-getter,
so I fought my way above the 3400 medals. During my journey to the top I had to deal with a lot of bugs and cheaters that Nexon provides us. One of the most annoying bugs is the one that you are attacked during your peace treat.
Hours and hours online then praying for a low defense and take that lose. The planning should be all right you toke you lost and go to sleep during the peace treat, set your alarm to wake up in time and be online for the rest of the day.
But….there is the present from Nexon again….attacked during your peace treat (sometimes multiple time in one night!).
Luckily the game has a Customer Service you should think. After they several times send you a standard answer you get 300 crowns. I myself am a Industrial Age player, so with 300 crowns you can speed up your upgrades from twelve
days with one day. If I could wait twelve days I can wait the last day to Nexon! The last weeks it happened me several times, so I was dropped to 3320 medals again.
Last weekend I was gaining my medals again. I reached the 3368 medals. Because I could not be online a lot the next days I thought lets buy a peace treat for 3 days. So I did. Very happy with my gained medals I closed my eyes and without
setting the alarm. The next day I received a present from Nexo again. Within twelve hours I was attacked again during my peace treat!! There wy go again…..”Dear Costumer Service, Here I am again. Please don’t send me a standard answer. I was disadvantaged again, because
I was attacked during my peace treat, etcetera, etcetera”.
After a while……Yes….I got the standard answer. “Thank you for contacting us again. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience……etcetera”. Meanwhile I received the 300 crowns again. But my peace treat was reduces from 2 days and 12 hours to 9 hours!
So I contacted Costumer Service again. According to them I should buy a new peace treat with the crowns I received. And now its getting more ridiculous…. I cannot buys a new 3 days peace treat because its in his cooldown period!!. So I contacted Costumer Service again….
“Pleas be advised that we do not service that matter about re-setting the cooldown of the peace treaty”. Huh??? So I give them the advice to contact the thousands of hackers there are in this game, maybe they know how to re-setting it.. But…”we apologize….blablabal”.
Because I not only lost a lot of medals, but also a lot of gold, oil, chicken, blessings, trade goods…I wanted more then the compensation of 300 crowns. I don’t think that is unfair. Especially considering the fact that I am gonna lose a lot more medals, gold, chicken, oil, blessing and
trade goods in the coming days. After all I should have a peace treat for 3 days that I bought!! But I think you all know the answer from ou great Costumer Servide………
I am seriously thinking to quit this corrupted game with their foolish Costumer Service. This should be a fantastic game to play, but the only people who are playing are the people from Costumer Service. They are playing with us!!!!!!
How long are we accepting this peeps!! I hope Nexon is reading this and do something about is. Solve the bugs and provide much better compesations!!
