Leader board cheaters

Somebody should visit player based on the leaderboards and mark every player that's a cheater. I'll do it if nobody else will.

for some reason the Devs are unwilling or unable to do anything about the leaderboard filled with cheaters. it's pretty sad, as that seems like an obvious and easy place for them to monitor for cheaters, but after months of their user base complaining about it, they've done absolutely nothing about them.

What do u mean mark? Theres no report button for a base. Weve asked for that

i agree that a report button would be nice, but why should the user base have to do BHG/Nexon's job and find all these cheaters? our job as the user base is to have fun playing the game and occasionally make a few crown purchases. it's BHG/Nexon's job to make sure the game is fun to play, bug free, and a level playing field for all it's legitimate users.

It is their job. But the us government cant keep russian chinese hackers out. So its no surprise nexon cant stop them either. I would be willing to accept a report button...that is actually acted upon...as an adequate compromise in the real world of unstoppable hackers

F2P games are generally supported by what the industry called 'whales' (the big spenders). Some are on the leaderboards. It is a delicate decision to ban whales (even if they are cheating). Not saying that BHG shouldn't ...just stating what might not be obvious.

This is a thing I actually do every M-F, and most weekend days as well; since I have access to analytics, it makes it easier for me to determine if they are cheating I also typically investigate the cheaters reported to CS.

So ur saying all the players who were maxed out industrial day 2 of the release spent $10k? Or do u look at maxed out industrial cities(max walls)...see that they purchased $50 worth of gems 2 mos ago and decide everything checks out?

Maybe u dont even realize thats how much it costs to max out industrial? So ur looking at $100 woah thats big money so thei maxed out walls is allllll good

It is difficult to differentiate between cheaters and paying customers because they all look almost the same.

We (the players) are only applying logic to assess whether a person is cheating because we play the game. Unless the cheater do something out of the game boundaries like too many walls, extra buildings or more than permissible army size, it is really very difficult to prove.

Unless BHG comes out and states that the reported cheater is a valid paid customer who bought all the crowns. But then, it will mean they are leaking customer information.

Would be nice if you removed some of the cheats who have managed to modify their towns so when you attack you loose: game crashes. Men Shop and King Lapuste for example, looks like all you did was fix their accounts rather than ban them. Then there was Ttttttttttt (no idea the number of t's) who had 600 troops when he attacked. Or the cheats with 2 forbidden cities or towns with the town center missing.

All these and more reported in game and none of them have been banned, at best the exploits have been fixed which basically says, cheat until you are caught and keep the spoils of cheating while legit players suffer!

Why do you not completely remove the blatant cheats from the game and send a message you are doing something rather than this fixing the cheats exploits one by one so they can cheat again and again?

Yeahhh, let us, the players view the players based via leaderboards and let us click the Report Button if we found suspicious bases. We would have do much quicker job than BHG.
