I brought it up in the live stream but would like to know how many would be in favor of leaderboard being extended to top 500 (or more if possible). I think it’s great that so many alliances get to fight it out and see where they stand with the other alliances around them. This benefit should be extended to more alliances. The teams who mainly fight 10, 15 & 20 Wars don’t really have the opportunity to win large amounts of glory so never really have a chance at seeing where they stand. It makes glory kinda meaningless for teams like this. I for one don’t really look at the leaderboard that often. I probably would look and see who is at the top more often if my alliance were somewhere on it. So please let’s have a show of hands... how many want this?

I don't see a reason why it shouldn't rank nearly every alliance out there.
I saw the Polish website, whose link was shared on another thread on this forum, which seems to list down nearly every alliance.
If the volume of data to display such a leaderboard on a mobile device might become unwieldy, maybe, listing them on a separate page on this forum or some other Nexon website might not be a bad idea either.

Also, please delete any alliance from the leaderboard which is under 10 players and basically in inactive.

I agree with Player Killer, showing an alliance rank would be fine.

No need to add more to scroll through on the leaderboard.

Keep the current leaderboard for all the top alliances/biggest spenders. They are the main revenue drivers keeping this game afloat afterall. Then separate the rest of alliances into leagues based upon the multiplayer leagues.

Copper: 12000 - 14500
Silver: 14501 - 17000
Gold: 17001 - 19500
Kingdom: 19501 - 22000
Empire: 22001 - 24500
Dynasty: 24501+

For each league below dynasty there can be a smaller leaderboard, say 20-50. With such data at everyone's disposal they can at least extrapolate where they really stand.

Posting the rank on page isn’t really the same as seeing the name on a list imo. It would be good to compare where you stand with other alliances. I’m sure peeps on top 100 don’t just look at their own name to see what number they are but also look at who they have to pass to rank up. Maybe listing it on bookmarks page would be good. But as mentioned the Polish list is nice to look at and see where we are compared to other alliances we’ve played and are friendly with. Something official from NEXON would be great as I don’t know where or how they are getting the information on that website or how accurate it is. Our feeder isn’t even listed.

This seems complicated. And if it’s like the mp medal leagues it wouldn’t show all alliances of the same glory levels on the same league list just a sample, based on what? I have no idea. When medals were the thing to do I never even looked at league lists because they were meaningless. Someone at the exact same medal count as me doesn’t even show on my list and had a list of their own. What’s the point in that? This would only work if all alliances of a certain glory range were on the same list. If that’s what you mean I like this idea.

Large amount is relative now isn’t it? If my alliance had the same amount it has now a year ago we would be pretty high on the leaderboard. As we collect more glory the #100 spot carrot keeps moving up at a faster rate than we are gaining because the peeps in top 100 can do larger wars and gain larger glory.

That is what I mean. If everyone knows the thresholds of each league that helps. So I would imagine the leaderboard could be just a top 10 for copper, 20 for silver, increasing up to a 50 for Empire. Nexon already has all the data readily available and even though plenty of other similar games will show ranks into the thousands these guys don't. This could show a short ranking within the already defined leagues and perhaps an overall ranking while also keeping the list relatively short.

Ex: If your team is at 17208 glory and the #1 in Silver League is ranked 2543 overall with 17500 glory at least you'd have some idea how your team measures up.

Plus I think it would be a boasting thing for low to mid tier size alliances. ''#4 in Gold League and climbing fast! Join us!''

Expanding the leaderboard (especially with the league idea above) would reveal how many active alliances there are, which I'm guessing they don't want us to know.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there are less than 100 alliances with majority CWA players. It's sad.

BeerMan I don’t think that’s the case if the Polish leaderboard is accurate it only shows a handful of the top 500 alliances who haven’t warred in the last week. Looking through the next page extending to 1000 still not many inactive war alliances. Quovatis If an alliance doesn’t have a majority CW players that doesn’t necessarily mean it is inactive or shouldn’t be counted in a leaderboard. If a player isn’t crowning things finished it takes time to get to CW. Its not like the AA release update where many players could automatically hit that upgrade on the TC. Some of us are still working on getting to the minimum level to make the move. Technically we are more active than those who skyrocketed to nearly maxed out CW because we actually are still grinding to reach our goal.

Well, actually, there are a lot of things that Nexon did change upon player's request. So I think it's worth trying)
