That's the old man who appears and tells you what to do in Dawn Age. They are placeholder names for the players in those spots. Apparently, CS is so useless that they don't even know that's an intended feature.

The fix is in. I worked very hard at this event, but in 6 hours somebody came somewhere from the bottom and got over 140k XP. That combined with war cheaters and base hackers has given me no hope that this potentially great game will ever be without cheaters. Very sad the Nexon lets this happen, but they do. So I will not be buying anything in this game anymore and probably won’t be playing much. Sad, but this game is just a waste of time now
