Library research cost display

When a research is being made at the library, all other researches have their cost hidden. This makes it harder for proper planning. It would be great to keep the researches costs displayed, the same way that is in the university.

Yeah I support this QoL change as well, not really sure why it is not in place

Would like to be able to see the cost and time for each level as well - it is somewhat predictable early, but the scale changes as you hit industrial.

I totally agree with the suggestion, it's annoying that I have to go everytime to the wiki to see the costs just because it's hidden in the game while the research is underway.
