Link button to link account to dominationsworld are missing

To link an account to dominationsworld.com the instruction tells me to press a “link account” button on my mobile device. But the button are missing in the settings on my device. Has the link been removed?
I am using an Apple device

The button has been temporarily removed as we are preparing for an update. Unless if you are in a region where DomiNations World account linking isn't accessible for your device, it should return soon.
