Loosing medals when winning a multiplayer battle???

Today I attacked a base in multiplayer battle. Made a 5-star-victory, but instead of earning 1 medal I lost 57 medals. Everyone in Dynasty II league will understand, that this is a huge loss!!! In Dynasty II you can seek for hours to find an opponent with more than one medal to earn!

Before that fight I did some friedly challenges in my ally. Don't know, if this may be the cause for the medal loss in mp?

Can anyone else report a similar problem after 5.5 update?

Well I left less than 2 hours ago on 3098. Came back to check on an upgrade and medals were 3059. Had not been attacked at all. Something is not right. I had done a friendly attack before I left but won that.

STOP Challenge!! Every attack i lost medal. WTF i was top 50 now i lost 300 medals.1 year i was fighting for top 50 now in 1h lost everything. NEXON GIVE ME BACK MY MEDALS OR I LEAVE THE GAME.
Very disapointed!

Logged back into game after 30 minutes. Now I have got 2 more medals as before logging off. I haven't been attacked and also I did not attack anyone. Still missing 55 medals!

Did 2 friendly challenges, 5-stared both. No affection of medal count. Logged off and on again: 3.311 medals! Thats a total loss of 133 medals so far - FOR NOTHING!!!

When i attack in challenges i lost 39 medals win or lost, because my medals was high -39/1 for me when i attack. When my ally attack me my medals go up for 1 because 39/-1.
NEXON now remove challenge and now let see if they return the medals. Top 200 was now very different.

Yes! Challenges are the cause!
Now they seem to be disabled...

But how to get lost medals back???

Many of the top players lost their medals, not easy to get among the top 200, after two years of games this is the biggest mistake of the game. I spent several thousand crowns for the army and not to be considered a time for the game.

500 crowns as compensation for a loss of 133 medals due to "friendly" challenge bug?
Common, Nexon, that's a punch in the face, not a real appropriate compensation!

Hmm 500 crowns and a few troop cards. Medals obtained before they changed tactics rules. The crown payment and stuff does not begin to recompense. They say they cannot give the medals back...but they have little understanding as to how long it takes and the cost when your over 3000 medals. And then our war gets sandbagged. I think I am just about done with this game ...it's a pain to play and not in the least bit fun. A double whammy through no fault of our own. Pity we cannot name and shame the teams who sandbag.
