Lost access to the email linked to account, unable to login on new device

Hi fellows,
i have lost access to the old email connected to ios game centre and i have got a new ipad, and I am unable to login back into the game because game is connected to the old ios account, i have written to customer service using my wife’s phone, sent them emails, but nothing has been done, my account is 5 years old and i am very worried , can something else be done? Or somehow contact somebody else who can patch me through the right person ?
please advise, your help will be highly appreciate

CS is the right place to handle this issue. Have you written to support@bighugegames.com about this? Please note they will need enough information from you to prove you are the account owner and an email to contact you back on.
