If you've experienced a Lost Account, the following works on Apple iPhone 4S, 5, 6, iPad 2 and 4; and Samsung S5 (I assume it will work with the S4). 1. Delete DomiNations from your device. 2. Back up your device. I don't know of any of the major manufacturers that don't have a back up app. 3. Turn your device OFF, wait a minute and turn it back ON. Go to Settings, General. On all Apple iDevices, Reset is the last item listed. A friend said his Samsung S5 is the same. Do a Reset of your device. This returns your device to Default. It also flushes ALL game caches. 5. Do a Restore of your last back up. 6. Re-install DomiNations. The first time you run the game, the game server will rebuild your DomiNations game cache. You should be able to access your DomiNations account now. I did this on an iPad 2 and a friend successfully retrieved his "lost account" on his Samsung S5. This is the ONLY way I've discovered to "refresh" the "game data."
