HI ALL,


AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Same Problem logged in and from Level 57 now Level 30 with a wrong City. 2 Support Mails send but no answer. Its a Bug ok but no response on a lot of Support Mails from Customer its not ok. Stop put in more Feature und fix first your Game. I can't play now because my City have anyone other. I have Request a Refund from Apple. now and delete this Game.

developers, it's more than 24 hours passed since your last update.. there is only silent from your side... looks like you don't know how to fix this issue. You had more that a week to solve it. Your behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and customer orientable
I don't want to refund my money, because I still hope that you able to solve this issue, but this hope is become disappearing.

Just keep us informed regulary and our anger will not be so high

Dear Devs/Mods.. please focus on help all your customers losing their villages. Some of them even paid for starter packs and crowns. Iam effected as well but "just" lost my Forest I spent 630.000 gold for for removal. But concentrate on the harder cases first since there will be more and more requests for refunds and at some point app stores will flag your app and then nobody is helped at all... As of now the forest I paid for removal is still there and hindering me to build my effective layout. I appreciate the mod-reply that it's apparently worked on with high priority. Iam patience in this matter but to be honest Iam not to comfortable spending more on removing other parts of the forest and/or upgrade other things. Good luck identifying all affected players and hopefully come up with a reasonable compensation for us as well.! But in the first place I hope this will get fixed sooner than later, since I really enjoy playing this game a lot like many many others! since no one in this company has yet to address the issue, my patience has worn thin, i have now request refunds on all the crowns i have purchased in iTunes, which instantaneously states eligible.

deleting the game now. good bye!

I really don't want to start going to claim my money back from iTunes as it was my favourite game until I lost my village, but it's been a week and I'm not sure if they are making any progress on a fix....??? Going to give them a couple more days, hopefully some one will give us an update soon....

Still not a simgle line here i the forum, no answer from support. all of you, please setup a bad review in the stores for this crappy behaviour. It is ok when an update brings more problems than it solves, but no communication about it for days ?! Keep my starter packet and leave my alone, i am out

Same problem, lvl 56 to lvl 32 ... no answer from support.
I was alrdy in Gunpowder-age...
What is this? Do they ever wanna fix this in the future? Do we get any compensation?

I have been waiting for a reply since 8 days, and a whole lot more people even longer days This is very very bad of the game developers and their customer support, just acknowledging that there is a problem even if you don't have a solution is better. Turning a deaf ear to your customers is very very bad!!! I have been playing my new base from level 39 to level 44 now, am just paring that they don't take this one too away form me

Like everyone else here my base was basically destroyed - went from level 82 to level 49. I can't seem to get any answer or help from the company. This has gone on for a couple of days now. I am hoping there is someone moderating here who can help. I am a very frustrated customer who spent a fair amount on this game only to receive bad treatment. This is my second major glitch - I was also caught in the negative crowns problem for days. Help!!!

Like others, my village is reduced in level, the layout is completely different and quite obviously inferior to what it was. I've lost about 100 medals because I keep being attacked by people who were close to my level before my village was changed. My wonders are different. Almost every single building is a lesser level than what it was. I was close to converting to Gunpowder age, now, despite being named Medieval level, I'm quite obviously Classical at best. I've lost gold; I've lost levels; I've lost food. And now I've lost patience. Originally, I contacted them and received a reply, but they soon replied only with "we're working on it" and then they went quiet. I've contacted Apple as well. Their reply? A full refund, not just the last in-app purchase I requested. And then this: "I would like to take a moment to ask you to refrain from making any further purchases from this application as there is full knowledge of the issues within the game." Sounds like Nexon M may very well be out of business soon.

For everyone saying that CS has not gotten back to you: you really need to check their new Customer Service feature -- because (of course) it has a bug where you don't get notified of replies. Bring up the Customer Service panel and click the "Contact" link. I did that today and found at least 3 replies from customer service on the issue. All are boilerplate, so they seem to have made very little progress on identifying or fixing the problem, but at least you can see any responses they've sent you.

Of course, they have unscheduled server maintenance until 10 PDT, so maybe try it tomorrow. :/

I feel like a lot of you guys need to have patience too. They can't fix a complicated bug in a few days.

If you had read the entire thread you would know that some of the people posting here have been affected by this bug for more than a month, not "a few days." I wonder how many weeks your patience would stretch if you were one of the people who have been waiting that long for your town to be restored.
