AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

My in game game is Vencto with ID:4446811 I have the same problem.in the day with last update( on android) my village became lvl 32 from lvk 42. All my library reserch disapeared...all buulding downgraded and few building like wonders house disapeared. The funy thing is my village center is still in upgrade for medieval (500k) buth my resources capacity gone down to 280k. All of this hapend 30 min after i buyed the starter pack and make 2 atack on players.i have send tones of mesages to suport buth nothing hapend. If you cant give us the base back like it was 3 days ago( in my case) at least give us crowns to instant upgrade back to where we was before this issue.

Just happened to me. Suffered one of the many regular crashes this game does (doesnt seem happy on my Xperia phone). Logged back in to find this isnt my city progress lost, even different wonders built. Not happy

The moderators or GM have been very quiet about this issue. Can they at least post some concrete evidence that work is actually being done to rectify this problem. Some have waited for more than a month to play. What if they're just ignoring us till we give up and letting this issue slide off because there is no fix to it? Come on and be professional just a little bit and show us some work is being done. At least it helps to calm our anger a bit.

Hello everyone,

I'm not from the customer-service and neither do I have the same issue. But I hope I can be of some help.
However recently I've seen a message popping up saying "Another Google account is found, would you like to use this account?" Well, something simulair to that message. I believe that causes the problem and it's a bug or a hacker trying to annoy people or hijack accounts or whats-o-ever.

Also have I seen 'hacks' that promise you gold/crowns; these hacks are fake and will only ruin your account.

same huge bug for me! I was lvl 48 medieval age(2015.14.05 before 19H30 GMT+2), when i search enemy for battle, i have a phone call in coming, after the phone call, i return to the game, my village transformed to lvl 22, everything is changed!!!!! even the carison and market and road, they are build together, you can find it in my screenshot. i send mail to customer service,but no any answer!!!!! give my village back ASAP

Thats definitly not the problem. Even if the accounts were hacked, how should a user drop the level ? After reading through the forums i think, i will never get back to my old status....so i gotta leave and play something else

Same problem. I lost my village when I reloaded and then downgrade from medieval age to iron age, from level 47~ to 18, lossing everything, troops, buildings, resources, 1 mounth of played game

like everyone else here, most my base as well. I went from a full maxed classical (minus one library upgrade) lv 41 something to some random lv 18 noob base. My crowns stayed the same, my achievements are the same, but my base, gold, food, and alliance gate have all changed (even the wonders have changed from what I had). I also went from having a maxed out library (minus one item) at classical to not even having a library. I can't even begin to tell you how long it took to get all of that done . . .

You can get a refund easily via apple would they also advised me they were now investigating claims against Nexon scams due to the huge number of refund requests they have had recently, maybe this game won't be available on Apple devices soon

Google "itunes store refund". There are a bunch of sites with step-by-step instructions. I reported this on just one of my DomiNations spends and Apple refunded every dime I spent in the game.

Last two day 11 hours my town has been messed up Player ID 1485553 updated on May 7 version 1.3.0 was defeated in battle replay did defined out the count was set at level 20 went back in the game went from level 75 do you level 73 buildings barracks and Towncenter were merged with other buildings just now been able to unmentioned buildings but Center still reads upgrade to Iron Age anything been downgraded my Barricks my tower I've lost 20 troops the system is mess just now been able to unmentioned buildings but Center still reads upgrade to Iron Age anything been downgraded my Barricks my tower I've lost 20 troops the system is messed up keep losing battles because the Town is not set up correctly what is going to be done about his? it's almost 24 hours and there is still no respond from the developer on this matter, utterly appalling and unprofessional. i will be asking for a refund of every cent i spend on this game.
