AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

well, this might be the last straw for me... the game keeps crashing mid battle and i lose my whole army often, and now my 3rd wonder just disappeared. also, it appears that with a recent update they have removed the ability to contact support... if they don't answer the tickets from in game anyway, it's just easier for them to take away the ability to contact them.

That would make sense if it wasn't for the fact for me I was level 15 and now I am suddenly 46...I'm pretty sure rolling back would not be suddenly sending me 31 levels forward in a completely different base with nothing I've ever had before.

I am playing version 1.30 on iOS, the most current version available. The error occurred when I logged out for a bit, then updated the game when I saw that that was available. Upon returning, my base had morphe to something else. I have a screenshot from just a day before this happened, so I can be very accurate in describing what I had previously built, if that is necessary for restoration.

We'll maybe the fact that we are not hackers would answer that, rollback after a hack wouldn't reward you with 2merc camps my original from my town and whoevers town I ended up with, or block you from having a second wonder because you built one in your original town but the swapped town did not

Same problem here I was playing until around 10:45PM GMT+7 and logged in again at around 11:02PM GMT+7. I was supposed to be lvl 13 japanese iron age but my village changed to lvl 29 iron age with base seems already beyond that (3barracks, 2wonders). Hi there, as well have a "little" error I happened to run into. It's not as bad as some of my follow gamers posting here, but I had my Forest ordered to remove, paid 630k for that part and 3 citizens working on that. That happended yesterday around 6/7PM (EST). Today this morning I had to realize that nobody is working all current 10 citizens are drinking beer instead of going to work, but the gold is still deducted from balance.. Hope that will be taken care of as well after all the bases have been restored from the other victims here PS: The selected part forest is what should be gone by now but just stopped beeing worked at but paid gold for is still gone. We'll after 2days of dealing with support they have directed me here for help with this issue. What a complete joke, as here they are telling you to go to support for help, all I can say is thank god for iTunes and their refund policy.

my village was swap 53 lvl to 32 lvl.
its too hard to take back our account back? you should have game data, and we are telling switched happen time.

And support give me answer like this "At the moment, we don't currently have a fix or workaround for this." i think its mean " dont play game when we solve it "
we are giving this game so much time, money and now we cant play the game. And this game based time but u want to us wait unknown
we can handle of bug or crush issue but this switched issue affected game unlplayable
please first take our account back after that u can investigate problem.

Same issue. However mine happened once i was inactive. the phone screen turned off and i reloded the game. once the village came into view (as if i had received troops from alliance members) i was greeted with a message saying somehting along the lines of "you have received a special offer..."

I have had this problem also. I have the latest version of the game on Apple. On opening up the app on my phone, i noticed two things. one i had been attacked and two this wasnt my town. My town was more advanced in every area. i had maxed out everything at classical anfd was about to start saving to move to medival. This town had different faction/wonder and so on and it also had no town hall at all. Just a blank space where i assume it should be. I also had 1900 crowns which i now cant use. My account is in limbo as leader of my guild i can no longer help anyone and all my hard work has gone!. you complain, you ask for help but you just get automated responses and then referred here. Whats the point in sending me here! deal with my problem and offer and give me a refund on what i have spent. If a game isnt ready dont release it! i have put an email into Apple as well so i am hopeful they will do something as this company clearly cant.

This happened to me yesterday (approx. 5 pm utc). Dropped from lvl 32 to 21. The only things that are the same crown amount and village centre (currently updating to medieval age). Everything else is wrong. It's not my village. I have the latest version and I'm playing on an IPad with IOS 8.3. Getting fed up because I had a lot of problems (missing crowns, medals, alliance) before the last update.

Hey guys.. Had the same problem happen with me. I've played Dominations with iOS on my iPad for about 6 weeks now. And not just occasionally. I was addicted, spent money on the game and was currently level 39 in medieval age when the switch happened. My iPad updated the app to its current version on May 11th (which I believe may have been the cause). After being scouted and reloading that morning, my base switched to level 34, with my forests uncleared, 2nd wonder gone, a different 3rd wonder, no alliance gate, all buildings downgraded, and a puny wall system. I know it could've been worse, but still. It wasn't my layout. I mean, come on Nexon. This is ridiculous. You know it, we know it. A road glitch or two is manageable, but this? I can't even play the game now. I'd feel bad changing someone else's layout. Not to mention the hours of time and money we've all lost. Anyway, I know you guys are working on it and I appreciate it, I really do. If this huge bug is fixed, I'll continue to play. However, I think we're all entitled to a little rant when a game we love isn't reliable.
