WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

what happened to my gold and troops? i was just about to attack when it flickered and my troops are gone and it displays you must build troops first. then i noticed my gold was deducted as well. using iphone 6+ updated 1.3.0 accdg to appstore. last update may 7.

The amount of pages and posts of complaints here show we all have a few things in common. The fact that Nexon are not responding show their blatant disregard of our issues.a simple rollback on the servers would have fixed this on day one. But no as fast as people quit new people join its a numbers game.new players are more likely to buy crowns then established players. We are told here to open tickets in game to support. In game we are told to come here for help, seems the staff for this company are clueless and no longer want our custom. On a brighter note got my crown purchase refund through thanks to apple and they have advised they are actively investigation the large amount of complaints they have received about dominations

Good to know that Apple is coming through on this. Sadly, after 3 days and no response from CS, I'm forced to also ask for a refund. Everything I spent on the game has been reverted.

same problem too me i have 1 very strong city ready to get gunpowered age . and now my city is poor level 27 and fucing bed . this problems make me to delete the game . im waiting 1 answer and meybe i play again

Excellent idea. I just had my purchases refunded through Apple as well. I was patient and waited over a week to try to solve this with them, but as they haven't even responded to my in-game ticket, and seeing some people here say that they have had this issue for a month or more with no response, I decided that I'm done. Refund and out. Maybe if enough people do this, they'll get serious about customer service, and if they fix everything, maybe I'll even come back.

Hey guys.. Had the same problem happen with me. I've played Dominations with iOS on my iPad for about 6 weeks now. And not just occasionally. I was addicted, spent money on the game and was currently level 39 in medieval age when the switch happened. My iPad updated the app to its current version on May 11th (which I believe may have been the cause). After being scouted and reloading that morning, my base switched to level 34, with my forests uncleared, 2nd wonder gone, a different 3rd wonder, no alliance gate, all buildings downgraded, and a puny wall system. I know it could've been worse, but still. It wasn't my layout. I mean, come on Nexon. This is ridiculous. You know it, we know it. A road glitch or two is manageable, but this? I can't even play the game now. I'd feel bad changing someone else's layout. Not to mention the hours of time and money we've all lost. Anyway, I know you guys are working on it and I appreciate it, I really do. If this huge bug is fixed, I'll continue to play. However, I think we're all entitled to a little rant when a game we love isn't reliable.

Very well stated! We are all frustrated. But things will get straightened out quicker if we respect and help the developers. Their marketing dept. could create a lot of good karma by giving us a big bucket full of crowns

I hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later though the guy that said he was waiting 4 weeks doesn't give me much hope. I keep getting attacked on this town and getting medals which worries me because if I get back to my village with a higher rank I'm gonna get creamed until it goes back down since it'll be going from 46 back to 15..I won't stand a chance lol.

One way to fix that is to rate the game one star in app store/google. Cant say it isnt deserved and you get to know you might be preventing someone else from having the same problem. When/if they fix it and you start playing again you can change thee rating. Right now it doesnt deserve all the high ratings it has.

A lot more than have posted in this thread. Many will have just sent in a support ticket (wonder if any of them have had a reply!), some might have only reported in game, some people may not have been affected yet but probably will be before it is fixed. Some may have just decided to run with whatever they got because they didn't spend money on crowns and didn't lose too much, and then of course there could be people that have ended up with a much better base rather than a lower ranked one so they aren't saying anything.

Dear game developer,

I do not regularly do this type of things..

First, thanks for the great game. The graphics, gameplay is really good. I do not mind the upgrade times etc., this is part of the game.

What is not part of this game are the bugs. I have never ever seen a game as buggy as this one! I do not mind the little bugs (supply cart runs through walls etc.), but I really do mind "lost village" bug (seriously, we should find a cool name for this bug).

I am frustrated a bit, because I had a huge plans for this week and I cannot even play with this new village. But from my job I know that any piece of information could actually help you. So I will try describe weird things about my new base.
1. This bug happened to me on Saturday 9.5.2015 cca 1 PM UTC.
2. My original village
Lvl 52, German, great alliance, gunpowder age
3. My "new" village - different lvl, different wonders, different setup, missing some building, extra mill

4. Era upgrade is totally wrong:
5. My units upgrades are still from gunpowder age
6. Some buildings are on the forrest edge - normally you cannot place them there


@Other players: Do you have the same symptoms?

I hope, that you will soon publish a further statement (instead of another function update) and release an update, patch etc.. And to be totally honest with you, I am hoping a big fat check with crowns

Hi. My base has a bug too. Lost research progress. I've included two pictures for your reference. First picture is from my iPad which I haven't updated to the latest DomiNations version. From the picture you can see that I've completed the Hounds research. The second picture is from my iPhone after I updated to latest DomiNations version.
