AS I CAN SEE MANY OF THEM ALSO HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. I WAS SO ANGRY AND SAD ABOUT THIS MATTER. CURRENT LEVEL 47 , GOING TO 48 SOON. YESTERDAY SOMEONE 7/5/2015 9.36PM GMT ATTACKED MY BASE. WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT TO TAKE A LOOK. IT BECAME A FUCKING NOOB BASE LEVEL 26!!!! EVERYTHING IS GONE. I HOPE ALL GM TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND NOT TO IGNORE MY MESSAGES , EMAILS, AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY SOON! NOT LOSING HOPE ON DOMINATIONS!

Most of our alliance lost medals!

I can't believe it happened again but after the "unscheduled maintenance" we lost a lot of medals. Hell, we lost about 500 overall alliance medals which tumbled us way down the top 100 chart! This is really starting to get annoying.

Once again the same problem.
Suddenly I lost crowns, I lost the medals ... and I lost my money.

This is not normal !!! Ten days ago the same problem.

Now spending time to write this message again. This is ridiculous!!!
I will not spend more money here, in this great game of this not serious business.

Maintenance every day !! ... so ??? so again have problems.

I am so tired of problems. This is a GAME for TO PLAY, not for to have more problems every week.

Tonight was going to play ... and I can not because my level of crowns is negative. No comment.

I recommend this company at all forums and friends as they deserve. I am tired of so many "mistakes" and therefore "sorry for the inconvenience" ... !!!
I do not want excuses, I want it to work well. Too much to ask?

I have lost my village. One moment level 42 classical age I think. Then checked back two minutes later and down to level 36 and totally different village. It now says medieval village but upgrade is also to medieval? Lost all my library research, but got ten villagers. Player Id: 950670

I had 8 Villagers ..Got 2 with starter pack so total 10 but my gems are gone

Brought Starter Pack yesterday and today after maintenance break following things happened
1.Showed me msg saying I was kicked out of alliance..I was shocked because I was about to get promoted .I see search alliance tried to join new but I couldn't ...ALREADY IN ALLIANCE WTF??
Went back to old alliance I can see my name....whats going on??
2.Lost 200 medals . I had 400+ now 200 what happened??
3.Brought started pack yesterday so 1200+157(which I had earlier)...Now Its gone just 157 crowns left....Are you kidding me?

I was saving for my Barracks I had like 1,14,000 food after update 79000...Saw log attack I lost 17000 food ...what happened to rest??

Unfortunately we know from experience that they can quickly restore crowns.

Some further details:

- Last attacks/defenses after update was about 4 days old. so im missing 4 days of history.
- Medals (and probably crowns, i wouldnt know) are affected based on above.
- Im in my old alliance but im NOT in the members list. I can see everything they write but they have no clue that im reading


Sure hope this gets sorted soon.

Yesterday, when I was looking for an opponent to battle, I offered up an opponent who had nothing but an empty green field where their village should have been. The space was totally empty. How the heck does that happen? Have I missed some sort of invisible village research in the library? Crazy.

Sorry To hear that they still have not fix your village, you should been one of the first to be fixed! But instead there start with newer players. Is there any more players have there village reset ? I heard of two players got reset is there anymore ? Hope all of us get reset soon. Thanks for started the thread it was my only information and that help with this nightmare! I lost two chapters of Library Research with the last update (a couple of weeks ago now). I've submitted two in-game support reports about it but have yet to receive a non-robot response. I appreciate that nexon is working on fixes for everybody, however if you're not going to use in-game service feedback then please get rid of the option. It just leads to bad feelings. If you can't fix the lost research levels just yet some compensatory crowns or some substantive response that indicates you really do know about the problems and are actively working to resolution would be appreciated. Thank you.
