low-hp planes causing connection error

in november last year i reported that:

when planes are shot down just as they are exiting (the map), they will die, but they will still show up in the tray as if they are alive. if you try to use this plane again, you will lose connection.

well the problem is worse now.
now, planes dont have to be dead (and i know they didnt die because since november i have been keeping an eye on my planes as they exit the map). they just have to have very low hp, and the game will consider them dead, and give you a connection error for trying to use dead planes.

Seriously? He reported it last year and it's still under investigation after 4+ mths?

TinSoldier the bug happens when planes returning to forest side of map get shut down or have low hp. There are a lot of players exploiting this, designing bases close to that edge of the map and stuffing anything that shoots at planes close to that edge. Most Asian alliances we run into in war are exploiting this, and this has caused us complete war loss before.
