Major bug complete lack of information

Nexon/ BHG it is noted that your having issues but come on we were all so hopefull after your efforts in comunicating with everyone but then you take the server off line without telling anyone, the whilst the server is down you inform someone on this forum to include there user id and very politely tell them how to find it , the server is off line . So perhaps your comunication problems are not just limited to this forum but you are faced with a passage of information problem within your own company .

Thanks Drewan glad you're fixed! Had to take the servers offline to fix everyone and the forum software wasn't letting us update the title of the thread, so hopefully should be more streamlined moving forward.
