Major Problems with end of battle in Multiplayer and War

So several people in my alliance have experienced this in war and also in multiplayer. There seems to be major issues with the battle timer and buildings destroyed.

1) there is time left on the clock in multiplayer, but several buildings left to kill, before they can all be destroyed the battle abruptly ends, saying you've achieved 5*. The only real problem with this is that often there are farms/gold piles left and you do not receive the "all food/gold buildings destroyed" bonus

2) the real issue with this is that there have been several war attacks where all buildings are destroyed with 30+ seconds left on the clock, sometimes there are defenders left and sometimes there aren't but the battle abruptly ends only showing 4 stars, even after a complete destruction notification in the battle. Even when the timer runs out it gives you an extra second to see what has happened and that the clock is showing 0sec left on the clock. This has happened multiple times in war and is causing a lot of problems when multiple teammates experience it in the same war.

That doesn't sound good. Has your members reached out to support when this happens? If not, make sure they do and that they include as much detail as possible.

It happened again to me in war too, got the five stars, complete domination, went out of war and got asked what happened in chat! I go back to a four star 97%... What is being done to fix this?
