manufactured stuff dissappearing

i made 20 ball bearing and 14 units of stainless steel in but some have dissapeared, the materials are used up and i have to remake the materials.

has this happened to anyone

In the early days of the manufactory, there was a problem if you produced 10 or more assemblies in one slot. Then a maximum of 99 were granted instead of 100 (or e.g. 150).
Since then I have chosen a maximum of 9 per slot. If I need 150 bearings, I split them into 2 slots so that 'my maximum' is not exceeded.
It's a kind of avoidance tactic so as not to encounter the bug.
Maybe the bug still exists, maybe not. Who knows; there is no proper changelog.

How much longer do we just accept faults and have to make work-arounds before we expect better quality from the devs??
