I'm shocked to discover that the game decided to delete 1 Castle, 25 walls lvl 6, 2 gates lvl 6, 2 Stables lvl 5, 2 Towers lvl 6, 2 Redoubts, 1 Cannon Tower lvl 3, 1 Farm, 1 Ambush trap lvl 3 and 12 roads lvl 4. Just like that. Look how my war base used to look like and what's left from it now. I paid 350,000 of gold to build missing walls to level 3 (used to be 6) and spent some food on roads, but I'm miles away from where I was. My citizens want to go to expeditions, not to build buildings they not only have already built but even upgraded to often max level for Gunpowder Age. Now I also lose the bonus resources from expeditions as there is no General to add! I want my buildings back, what's the point in playing this game if part of your base can disappear out of the blue for no reason?
I have the photos of all the replies. The "game master" did confirm how many buildings I should have and asked me to reinstall the game, which didn't help. Then he managed to further destroy my war base without giving me any buildings back, asked me what kind of error appears when I try to add a General to expedition after my Castle had disappeared, and finally closed the conversation for the 10th time since I started trying to sort it out.
