I wrote this the other day as well but put it under council members ability's. I think it would be cool if the leader of an alliance could give his council members different roles in the alliance like a master of coin who basically acts as a bank for the alliance he has a vault were anyone can store their gold in one big pot and it will be safe from attacks and if people need a bit of extra cash they can request it from the master of coin. you can do the same for food (head of agriculture), attacking troops could receive a boost from a master strategy and defending troops from a defence expert. i think The council member in control of a vault would need some sort of balance book for each member so you don't get members draining your resources but not paying in
